Update : 05/01/2012

A few more things came today :

2.0 conversion hubs
My strengthening plates
My custom d/s mount with rubber
GSi steering wheel



Ash is going to be welding my front end up sunday if it's not raining. Just want to get it all sprayed up and ready.

Also test fitted my GSi steering wheel.

Was it a bolt on jobby in the end?

As for the airbag i'd just take the light out unless you have any more?

Cheers Daz,yea just bolted on but I'm not sure what to do with horn now. The horn wire is connected with the airbag wire and I'm disconnecting that so don't know. :/

Cheers Kyle,welding will be started sunday morning by Ash and then get it all sprayed up ready.

Other parts I still need are :

1.6 radiator
Piper cross cone filter
Timing belt and gaskets for engine
And irm the engine

I'll be collecting engine next week once I've got the cash from the 1.2 on Sunday aswell.

Ah yeah, i had fun doing mine there's a plug if i remember correctly isn't there?

Mine used to have one perminantly earthed then the live gets connected to the horn so it goes off.

Think the others were then air bag wiring

Plain brown onto a earth, and then the brown/white onto the connector on the back of the stalk holder thing (Cant remember proper name) You will have to cut the connector off another vauxhall as its a special type.

AND DAN you mean welder? ill make u a super flush car no seams at all everydoor and boot seam welded have a popper on a sunroof to get in ?
