ffs!

1:45am and i need to be up for work at 6 to start at 7.

This is what happens after 3days off work and 3 nights of 5am bed times, feck feck feck!

yea we have a 10 week shift rota and a shift partner

work one week of nights between 2 of us every 4 weeks

shift buddy has done first 4, im doing last 3, and we will swap over next time

get 6 days off before my 3 nights, then 4 days off to recover..then back to normal early/late shifts
