Aiming at bulking for the 3 months, should take me to mid to end of April - then can make a decision of what to do.

Its really not too hard, I gave the nutrition pdf a good read, asked a few questions on here and then made my plan and stuck with it - its fairly easy once you've got your head round it.

Ive watched a few videos and im even more confused.

Where does it say how/what you need to do?

What equipment do i need to buy before i start?

How do i work out a nutrition plan, what protien/vitamins stuff do i buy?

First watch the vid titled 'How to Bring it', that'll explain the basics of it all.

Next have a read through both the nutrition pdf and then the fitness one. They should hopefully be self explanatory. Its a fair amount to take in but you only need to read them once and should get you going in the right direction. The main thing you need to work out on the nutrition side is which level you fall in to, then you can work out your diet based on how many portions of protein/carbs/etc. you can have a day.

If you go back in this thread a fair way you'll see a lot of peoples diet plans broken down into breakfast to bed.

As for equipment, all you really need is some way to do pull ups (most have got one of those clip on door pull up bars) and some weights. You could also use bands instead of the weights. And push up bars if you want to use them.

As for supplements, you'll see most people on here use a whey protein powder in their diet, there are a few threads near the top in sports day on what everyone is using and links to buy them. Id also suggest multi-vitamins and some Omega3 tablets - both of which I got from the Holland and Barrett website.

Then its basically following your diet plan day to day, and playing each vid in the order it shows on the guide (in documents folder and then its the p90x calender (alternative) pdf file.)

Did it come with all the other stuff such as the nutrition and fitness pdfs? A folder called Documents with various other pdfs in it?

What is the correct routine? I thought it would be like work your way from top to bottom then just restart with higher reps/weights etc

Never seen your post, cheers

Your best bet is really to go back in this thread and see the plans a few of us all worked out when we started, then use that as a base for yours.
