Thanks Dan

Got the pull up bar and weights delivered today so nearly ready to go. Working my way through the nutrition guide and putting together a diet plan.

What protein shakes you guys been using, will the Body Fortress Whey Protein be OK?
http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/pages/product_detail.asp?pid=100&prodid=565

The mult-vitamins, will any do, or particular ones to look out for?

I was 12st 1lbs when I started now I'm 11st 6lbs. mostly slender build but an awful beer belly. can already notice the difference in my face the mrs says and well the inch off the belly proves its working.

Makes me more enthusiastic now that I know its actually working.

Took some 90 day pics and put them in a comparison from 0-90 for you pervs.

Weight loss was 2st, and personally think have bulked up a fair bit. As Ive said in the past, I missed out a lot/most of the ab rippers and think thats made a massive difference, so mad at myself for that. The 90 day pics is also after me just having a week of eating for or less anything and having a bit of a drink, so put a bit of weight back on. Really pleased with the results though, its got me back in to doing some exercise and got me eating a healthy diet - even to a stage where when I had some crappy food this week it made me feel a bit shitty.

Started my second round today though, aiming to bulk up a lot more so dont think I'll see any more weight loss. Will post more on my new diet and workout later today if I get the time to type it all up.
