Deffo fuel starvation but we aren't sure why.

I've changed so far:

Fuel Pump Relay
Air Flow Meter
Coolant Temp Sensor
Throttle Position Sensor
Distributor and housing
HT Leads
Fuel filter
Dizzy Cap
Plugs
Fuel Pressure Regulator
Fuel Pump
Fuel Rail
Fuel Injectors
Crank Sensor

Not sure what else to be changing without spunking even more money

Did you check to see if ecu hadn't got wet? Mine did the same thing and turned out to be that. Dried it out but never ran properly after haha.

Nice touch with the lights

ECU hasn't got wet no, checked that and the loom today

It might have a broken wire or dodgy ECU but nearly impossible to check without getting other ones.

*****UPDATE*****

Ok the update I've been waiting for, for the past 6-7weeks.... It seems like it is fixed!

Basically to cut a long story very short (in comparison) I eventually changed more and more bits and got a decent fuel pressure which suggested loom or ECU were at fault.

I decided to tackle the wiring first. I changed a whole new loom on it thanks to Craig55 which was a bit better condition than my original one.

After I had spent two days sorting that I then found out it was still doing the same problem alm:

I changed the ECU thanks to overnight parts from sheffield (AKA Dan Turner and Ash Reynolds)

Whacked that on and all was well! Had a slight misfire at low revs but that seems to have been cured with new plugs and leads put on today

So here's a few photos of it up to date and it clean ready for the MK meet today

That's about it up to date now. Now I can carry on saving for the future updates

Thanks to everyone that has sent parts and sorted me out with new bits or helped in anyway throughout the time I've had these problems I definitely owe you all one!

Big thanks to 8valve-craig off mig for sorting me LOTS of various sensors.

Craig55 for the loom

Dan and Ash for sorting the ECU

Jamie-C for lending me an ECU

Dave Green for sorting me out with lots of bits and giving me hand every step of the way

Holmesgsi for a replacement AFM and I'm sure anyone else that I may have missed! (Memory has gone )
