OK update in big letters case you miss it

Those people who have paid are marked as such in jrs post. If you have paid and are not marked, it is because they money has not arrived yet. You will be marked off when the money arrives.

If you have not yet received instruction on how to pay please contact me. This is probably because you didn't contact me as per my instructions on page 4. Anyone who has not done this will also not have given me car type and reg, which is required for our liability insurance for the stand. I also require a real name and phone number.

IF YOU HAVE NOT GIVEN ME THESE DETAILS, PLEASE DO SO NOW.

NOT SUPPLYING THESE DETAILS TO ME WILL DELAY DISPATCH OF YOUR TICKETS WHICH MAY RESULT IN YOU NOT GETTING THEM IN TIME.

Finally can I remind anyone who has not either paid or made effort to pay that places will be sold on. If contact has not been made by Wednesday 19th 9am I will assume that places are not required.

ANYONE REQUIRING ADVANCED TICKETS WHO IS NOT GOING ON THE TRACK IS WELCOME TO CONTACT AFTER WEDNESDAY 19TH 9AM TO PLACE THEIR ORDER FOR CHEAP GATE TICKETS BUT STAND SPACE WILL BE ALLOCATED AT THE DISCRETION OF COMBE MARSHALS BASED ON THE AMOUNT OF SPACE AVAILABLE ON THE DAY AND HOW EARLY YOU ARRIVE.

I think that covers it. Any problems u2u me but READ THE ENTIRE THREAD FIRST.

Additional gate pass tickets

If anyone wishes to order these at the advanced price of £8 per person please contact me now for details of how to pay.

Please state how many passes you need and please supply a postal address.

These do not include passes to show your car as the stand is full with those who are going on the track. I intend to ask for additional space nearer the time but this will only be available if Combe give it to us.

I've already told jr about it.

There's a morrisons off the motorway junction for combe. Think it's jnc 18... come off, head down the dual carriageway, and morrisons is at the end of it I think.

Everyone usually meets thereabout 7-7:30 am... all clubs meet there. dish our tickets / track time.

Then some people move over to the combe, and set up their stands. Then others come over. Park up,

if you have early track time u then go sound test, get a sticker and go to briefing.
