TBH I know a lot of Liverpool fans, and other than last year when we were flying I dont know any who think we will win the league every single year, even this summer once we sold Alonso and never got the money pretty much everyone said we wouldnt win it.
And why wouldnt we think we'd get in the top 4? We have done consistently for the last 5 years or so.

Im not denying he dived over Carsley, of course he did, but my point is that its still a penalty even if he didnt make contact.

If that was any other team you'd be going crazy, just like the Eduardo incident. Which incidentally was less of a dive than Ngog.

I havent read the whole thread but my opinion is that if Carsley hadnt attempted such a poor tackle Ngong wouldnt have even had the oppo to dive, it was Carsleys fault he caused a situation that could have and did end in a penalty

No real need for him to fall to the floor like the did though.
He could have quite easially stayed on his feet if he had wanted to.
