I ended up at the garden centre today so got a picture of some of the daffodils which seem to be popping up everywhere now. Random fact, Spring travels at one third of a mile per hour So it takes two weeks for it to get from Land's End to John O'Groats. True story.

PP: Cropped, brightened, increased saturation, increased lightness and saturation on greens, smart sharpen.

QI is where it's at tbh. Plus for some reason it gets me to sleep so I usually end up watching it whenever it's on Dave

This will obviously be familiar to people on here, but I've put it up under the title of "Conversion", for obvious reasons. In the words of Pow - "Everyone's crowded round the XE conversion; it's like the holy grail".

PP: Auto levels and auto colour.

Today started off nice but has turned its favour toward raining this afternoon, so today I took a picture of rainwater, bravely whilst it was still raining.

One from the compact today because I was out on a stroll and there was a chance it might rain again (which it did just after I took this) so didn't want to break the SLR Pigeons can be very dramatic don't you know

PP: Auto levels, duplicated layer, selected pigeon and wire, deleted, added layer mask, added gradient overlay, blending mode set to overlay.

In-between coats of paint I was taking pictures of birds and stuff (or at least trying - it's hard with a 55mm lens ) and noticed this lurking in the undergrowth. Nibbling on some bread it was Took a few attempts to get a good pic because it kept getting scared of the shutter noise and moving

A bit of an update on my car today, I had it in the bodyshop up the road from work (epic convenience ftw) to get the boot panel repainted and this is how it looks now. Tons better than before (it had been bodged in the past).

PP: Auto levels.
