You haven't proved anything. What are you talking about?

Fact is, if all the unemployed wanted a job right now, there wouldn't be enough jobs, end of story. You're pissing in the wind tbh.

Preference as usual. Some might say it's better to not work and be with your child 24/7 and not stick them with a carer whilst you're at work.

Yeah because that will really teach them about integrating with society

I dont have to statistics to hand but I'll be willing to bet the future is brighter for a child who's parent(s) worked over one who's parents were scroungers.

All you guys keep doing is saying opinions, nothing factual at all about your arguments lol Quite comical, "i know this" and "i know that"

So now Davey is saying in simple terms that a child with a working parent will have more prospects than a child whose parent was there full time haha Good one, like a job is the be all and end all in a child's upbringing.

Ahhhh riiiiight, so because you didn't go to a full time job that'd mean you never left the house with your child right? and I guess having a full time job some how teaches them about integration does it? You're a mong mate.

In that case Brett why do council estates have such a bad repuation? Are they just full of missunderstood people?

OMFG you're funny, what has a council estates bad rep got to do anything?

If you actually knew anything or had been on an estate, their spirit and compassion for their community is massively higher than a typical new build estate where nobody speaks to each other.

This is verging on idiotic mindless bullshit now, almost not worth continuing. I mean, referencing council estates now? So nobody works on a council estate, no? Retarded and know not a lot, clearly.

Point is, referencing a reputation of a council estate has no baring at all on this discussion.

I suppose the jobless who just claim housing but choose to live in private rented are a different breed of people then?

I have a job and I also have an opinion for both sides, said that from the start.

Fact is, the foundation of all of your arguments is total bullshit.

i 100% agree with davey that a child who sees its parents working/providing will be more likely to want a job themselves..

both my parents have worked my full life (23 years), my mam is 52 and still has 2 jobs..

one of my brothers has been in work since school with only a brief stint on the dole (11years)

my other brother (rip) had been in and out of work, had no qualifications and always managed to find a job within a couple months of being made redundant, he had a want to work attitude just not the skills to get a decent steady job

so how could i possibly have grown up to think not working was ok?
