REALLY hope City win the title, can see them beating United and then throwing it away at Newcastle though!

Another frustrating game for us, chance chance chance chance chance chance chance, woodwork, chance, mistake, concede a goal rinse and repeat.

I'd happily sacrifice some of those chances by having someone on the pitch purely there to score goals. I'm happy that we've progressed this season, and I think some of the players are finally starting to bed in, buy a really good goal scorer and a back-up to Lucas and we'll be ok.

I obviously have got the meaning of progress wrong for all these years.

All about context though, we've changed the team massively and have loads of youngsters which ultimately has impacted on our consistency and league position. On the flip side we're playing good football, AND have got to two finals (before I get accused of being a hypocrite when referencing Arsenal playing pretty football but never winning anything). League consistency will come as the players get more experience (and when we buy a goalscorer) imo. I'm obviously dissapointed with our showing in the league, and particularly at home, but I'm also able to see that we need continuity and time to get better.

It's a better football stadium than the Emirates though. The Emirates is nice if you like a comfy seat at a game surrounded by people saying "oooo isn't that Theo Walcott a babe"

Anyway I digress, there's no room for trumpets at football.

He does so he says.

But according to JJ its not proper atmosphere unless its in a shithole and you come out covered in blood, shit and piss. None of which is your own.

San Siro doesnt even have big padded seats. What an outrage. Bet the scarves cost more there too. AND don't even get me started on the price of the prawn sarnies!

As I said earlier. Depends on your perception on a good stadium.

Whatever floats your boat etc.

I was watching the Arsenal Chelsea game at the weekend wondering why the stadium was so empty, then realised it was 3 minutes until half time
Was genuinely shocked how many empty seats there were by the time the whistle actually went

I'm not arsed about padded seats tbh.

But as we HAVE to have seats in the prem they may as well be padded?
