Nice work sean on the wheel and false floor

My wheel well will be getting the same treatment soon as its almost as bad.

Got my new beam all ready to be fitted on Thursday by the local garage,look in my pics on facebook mines been powdercoated gloss black fitted with those poly bushes you and kev recommended they fit perfect just push straight in

Looks awesome mate. I wouldnt tyre shine it imo.will be sticky and go all over your nice interior if u ever need to use it!i think a good clean and something just to bring the black out!

Dan I didnt take it to your uncle no Its been done at Forge Finishing as its only down the road so just makes life easier lol. Can't wait to get it back!

Mark thats a good point actually. Hmm might have to whip it out and give it a good degrease and see how it comes up. Dont want all the dust sticking to it!

Started cleaning it for TVL Washed the outside and jet washed the engine bay ready for lots of polishing and waxing over the next couple of days

Tucked it away in the garage so it can stay squeeky clean!

EARLYYYY start I am going to be dead by the end of the day lol. Cant wait though lads!!

Just had 4 parcels delivered in about 10 minutes Underbody protection goodies!



- 4x Upol Gravitex stone chip guard
- Bilt Hamber Deox-C
- Bilt Hamber Deox Gel
- Bilt Hamber Electrox
- 2x Zinc galvanising spray
- Black smooth Hammerite
- Schutz gun

Spent ages deciding which stuff to use, but after reading loads of reviews etc im happy i've gone with the right products Cant wait to start stripping it down on sunday!

what does the deox c and deox gel and electrox do?

It cost around £120 for that lot John

Deox C and the gel are for rust removal The Deox C you dilute and bath the parts in it. The results are amazing from what i've seen on the net. The electrox is an anti rust primer which isnt porous and is 90% zinc.
