Today I gave my rocker and belt cover to Jaffa to have sand blasted. Hopefully have it back tomoz.

Gonna trial fit them once done and then take them back off and put a temporary one on for fitting into car.

Update 23.01.2012 :

Tonight i got my rocker and cam belt cover back from being sand blasted by Adam (JaffaTB). He's done an awesome job,looks really good.

So then i started to clean inside of the cover to make sure no dust got in there. Bit of a ball ache tbh but i did the best i could do. Had to take the inner L piece off to make sure also. But now gotta get some sealant to seal it back up.

Anyways here's some photos.

When i first got them







But then gave them a light rub down and primed them







The sprayed star silver







Then i cleaned all inside up



Need to get some sealer then i can bolt the plates back on.

And some of Scott's wheels after i took maskin tape off

bloody hell you work fast haha, looks well nows its painted mate, was there much grit under the lower cover? i masked up as much as i could but some always gets through

Cheers Ad',done a grand job,deffo gee you a bell if i need anything else.

Tbh mate there wasn't any i don't think but i needed to make sure didn't i? Need to get some sealer and get the L piece back on. That photo aswell is before i cleaned it.
