clearance is close to rad, might have to get some heat tape on here

the it was time to fill with oil and water, oil went in no prob , got to about 6 liters of water and had a slight drip

was coming from near the alt, so thought it would be the new fittings i put in there so droped the alt to get room

tightened the jubiles and still leaked so i changed one of the fitting as i wasent 100% it was sealing but it still leaked, so new it could only be one other thing

was a absolute twat to take of, must of taken 2 hours

nice flat flage , looks like tx autosport have made it , must of happened when i had it re welded to move the fitting over

so tomorows job is find somewhere that can skim it for me

Looking at the build money doesn't seem too much of an issue

got the inlet back

nice and flat

and fitted it all

,filled it with water and no leaks, primed it to get oil pressure , then started it , started up with a few backfires but it soon settled out left it running for about 30mins, manifols had a bit of smoke of coming of it but that should clear, water temp rose up to 82 quite quickly then the stat opened and the fans were on and in about 10 mins it rose 1 deg so fans are working great , plan is tomorow is to go give it death and see if it spits warer out from under the cap

also big thanks go to james aka jonboy for the rose jointed lower arms, tca and brackets, the welding on them is spot on and all came powercoated , so if anyone is after a set get in touch with them , just waiting to get my ball joints from comp brake then im going to fit them all and set them up, will also stick it on the corner weight scales to see what it weighs
