Back to wetsanding the bonnet, this time i'll get a wool pad and then move onto the polishing

Bought new wishbones/track rods/anti roll bar links, will get them fitted in a couple of weeks.

Definitely colour code it.

I managed to find a black ashtray/button thing on ebay last week. I've had a grey one for a coupe of years which didn't match my other trim, so swapped that out today.

Finished my latest project.

Had car about 2 months.

Dechromed with black gloss vinyl.
Rear debadged
Diffuser painted gloss black
Side windows lightly tinted

H&R lowering springs 20mm
Michelin PSS tyres
Secondary cats and resonator removed and XPipe installed
Quaife LSD fitted
Eurocharged remap with handheld unit to 510 BHP

Only very small percentage financed by bank of mum and dad. Rest was my own

Warm starts are loud, cold starts are thunderous
Luckily not my daily as I use the Mrs Ibiza.

I considered Cupra/Golf R/S3/S4/S5/M5 and at a stretch, without money for mods an M4 but decided on this clean example I found over 200 miles away.
One of the last N/A V8's before the new BiTurbo smaller V8's and well out of my price range.
I feel sorry for the 1st owner who shelled out over 60 odd K for this car new. Took quite a hit in 18 months
