You quoted that screenshot of the Find My Friends app as a "good example of skeuomorphic design" further up then posted it again saying its not...which one is it?

Good camera app for anyone who uses their camera a lot called 'KitCam' easily the best one I've come across and worth the 69p (if it's still on sale).

Nice one! I was just thinking that there doesn't seem to be any apps to make vintage photo effects on iPhone.

Does more than just that. Also I prefer how you can see any effects/adjustments you've made before you take the photo.

Looks to do pretty much the same things Snapseed does for free. Bar the live filter, which I personally don't care for.
Much rather take a regular photo to edit afterwards.

Clever, as in, if they want to be around in 12 months time.
Also, 60 millions users isn't to be sniffed at although they're going to have a hard time against the likes of whatsapp.

Its a tricky one. Its one thing that often keeps groups of people using BBs rather than switching to another phone. If they can now switch to other phones and carry on using BBM i think a large number will do. BBM on its own is not going to be enough to keep the company alive - well not in the current form. At best they will become a messaging company and the physical phone side will dissapear.

They clearly missed a trick not focusing solely on enterprise when they realised the consumer market had become too crowded/competitive.
Our company would never dreamed of using anything other than BBs 12-18 months ago, now they give all the execs iPhones and iPads which IMO dont do the job any better than the older BBs did. Same on the train everyday, all the business people using iPhones/iPads.

Not clever, just less of a reason to buy a blackberry, as their main feature can now be used on other phones!

On the flip side, if people like BB they won't be forced to leave because all their friends own iPhones/Android. I guess it will help slow the rate at which they're hemorrhaging
customers.
