why?its all been fine and dandy until this weekend it blew 2 60 amp fuses yesterday and 1 today i got a main power cable with fuse by battery running to a distrubution block with 2 cables coming away from there but its only the fuse going to the sub amp!
any ideas?

what sub amp is it? does it draw more than 60 amps? if not, there is either a dodgy earth connection for that amp, or a dodgy live even coming from the distribution block.
If all else fails, amp is faulty.

Well if the fuse blows when your cranking it up, you need a higher rating fuse.
If it blows on any volume, there is a problem.

if ur sure its not drawing in more than 60amp then it has to be a dodgy live feed. it is shortin but like AustinPXX that system looks like it will be drawing over 60amp when u pushin it!

if its at a low volume its not gonna be drawing more than 60 amps. Id check your earth and lives matey, they can come lose at any time, especially the grounds :S
Plus just double check for any strands poking out, sometimes they run astray and even one strand shorting can cause major problems.
Whatever you do, dont replace the fuse with a higher one. If its at low volume then the problem could cause a fire

i am sure i have sorted it, when i got the car it had dodgy wiring and me and my friend (electrician) sorted it but we missed a ground distribution block which was taped together
