Ive been doing 75 bicep curls and 15 lifty uppy to the side with straight arm things (as u may have gathered im not up with the fitness talk!) for about 3 weeks, can anyone recommend some weight excercises for triceps?!

trust me

to work your triceps, lie on the bench, lift up the barbell (like your doing a bench press! with a small amount of weight at first!!!) and then keeping your upper arms straight up, move your hands/forearms back, bringing them closer to your head untill your elbows are bent at 90 degrees! and then straighten your arms again!
there is another exercise with dumb bells if you dont have a bench, but its more difficult to explain!

Your bicpes wont grow training like that.
'lifty uppy to the side' - i presume you mean side laterals, which works the side delt (shoulder)

Also, i'm guessing you don't know much about nutrition. Nutrition plays a bigger role in muscle growth over lifting the actual weights. If you don't eat you won't grow.

cheers for the info guys, im not looking to get big, jus wanted to tone up a bit and put on a bit of muscle, im not training for anything! ill have a look at that site too
