What are the first things i should do after putting them on? IE Tracking arches etc.

the most you'll need to do is take the top two rear arch bolts off
tracking etc should be fine as your not altering the suspenion geometry

I just had a thought, the blokes at wheel-base didnt ask me for an ET setting, i take it they dont need it, cos i havn't a clue what it is!
