do they actually lower the car because the description just says the damping is adjustable and mentions nothing of the ride height?

no, you need coilovers too adjust the ride height, they will be just damping adjustable, pointless unless you are actually gonna adjust them on a regular basis.

you'll need lowering springs to lower your car. run springs like Eibach with them and your onto a winner

I like your answer better, altho this costs more money. Don't Eibach do their own dampers and i suppose ur dead against spax?
