iv started making one with the front ledge fully filled in it looks ok. obviously the two bits r now joined. how do i stop the join from cracking near the wiper hole?

ive done mine and i had the same prob with it cracking im goin to chisel out the area where it cracks and have another go at it

use plenty of p40 fibreglass on the underneath and a bit on the top and it'l b strong. U shud b using fibreglass for all except the last few mm for the surface finish.
