Just wondering if it would be possible to replace the master cylinder in a corsa for one from a Calibra Turbo, or something, so to get better response from the V6 Brakes & also a rear disc setup

I dont think they fit  I've thought about it before, but not researched fully into it. Although have been told by numerous people that u'd either need to re-locate it, or bear it

Wouldnt really bother me (much) if I needed to relocate it. I know where it currently is it don't leave much room to play with though
