1 x Rockford RFZ3412 12" 150w RMS ( 300w peak ) subwoofer
12" MDF fully carpeted pre built box
Amp wiring kit
Rockford 201S 1 x 200w 2 channel amplifier.

2

JBL GTO4000 4-channel 600W amplifier
JBL GT4-12 1000W subwoofer
12" sub-box
JBL GTO936e 300W 6x9 speakers
Autoleads PC4-25 wiring kit

Both are the same price, which would you choose and why?

Wud probably depend on if u want 6x9's or not??
The JBL package looks not half bad, get it and use the 4 channel amp to power 6x9's and front comps.
Then get a decent mono amp with matched power to the sub and u shud have a good setup!

you can buy alot better,
