Reading the spec of LuckyB's old Corsa, and says is a standard F20 Close Ratio 'box with a Cav 4x4 final drive fitted...

I'm guessing then the 5th gear in the box is actually replaced by 6th gear then out of the F28? If so is it just a case of swapping the gears over or is more work needed?

by cav 4x4 final drive he means the diff outta it to increase acceleration and lower top end.

the f28 would simply have the same ratios as an f20 plus a 6th cruising gear.
