yes. you can drive pissed on private ground. drink driving and speeding etc only apply to the queens highway

But I thought that if the police suspect you are ove rthe limit, and catch you in the drivers seat of the car with the keys in the ignition, they can do you? Or would that only apply if your parked on the road?

Anyway, if you open the garage door, and have a quick look about, then you'll be alright anyway .

no because your not on the road. you can walk about your house with a knife in your hand. do that in the street and you'll get arrested

of course u can drink and drive on ur property, most laws are exempt when ur on private land.

what do u plan to do?
do a 0-5mph time in ur drive?
