Im considering cancelling my order with www.smartcar.co.uk for a set of alloy wheels, ive been waiting for about 8 weeks now and there is still no sign of them, PVD have offered me quite a good deal on the same package, was just wondering how promtly their delivery is, my tyres are very very close to illegal at the moment so need them a.s.a.p!!!

Next day would be good! But they've prob gotta order them in  I think the company who ive ordered them off have already taken money out of my bank account how do i go about getting this back of them???

Yeah, il ring em 2nite, if they can give me a deffinate time of when il have them il be happy, but every time ive phoned theyve kept me in the dark and just said they havent come in, everyone seems to be pretty happy with PVD so if smartcar dont buck their ideas then PVD it is!

Girl at work ordered some wheels from PVD and they came 2 days later. You won't have any problems getting wheels from them.

it depends if pvd have them in stock mate. If not then ur gonna have to wait.

wot im saying is if they dont have it in stock, and ur waiting then the supplier dont have it. its the manufacturer ur waiting on

Its the team dynamic speed 8 in a 16", pvd have offered them with kuhmo and smartcar with avon ZZ3 both for £550, can you match or even beat which would be better! Both come with locking nuts but hve to pay for delivery

Yeah ok sorted, what time?? I finish uni about 12 so anytime after that? Ill have to phone the company ive ordered them off already to cancell and get my money put back nto the bank, hope they dont be funny about it!

Just thought I'd tell you bout my Goodridge Hoses: Ordered them last Tuesday, not come. phoned them up tonight, "no record of the order" - turns out the card didn't authorise, they called, but used a phone number on file which is now out of date. I re-ordered and paid the £7 48hr delivery and gave them a new number - they didn't ask or check the number when i ordered.
the guy also said "Oh Shit" whist on the phone which i thought was quite unprofessional when talking to a customer.
Hopefully they'll turn up this time. the other times Ive ordered from them they've been no trouble.
