Do any large tyre manufacturers make performance tyres for the std 14's corsa wheel? (185/14 IIRC)

I have Pirelli P6000's at the moment. Not a bad tyre. There are better. Look at getting Michelin Pilot's.

standard 14s are 165/65/14s in case you order the wrong size

you can run 185/55 also on the 14's AFAIK

185's would be better should make quite a difference to the handling imo.

No standard 14's on my Sport are 185/60/14. Standard steel rims are 165/65/13.
