I was just wondering if they did a 16v Sri coz i have found 2 but wondered if they were real or not?

yeah they did i've got one! LOL

its just a 1.4 16v corsa sport ecotec engine in an SRi. its the later SRi's (M plates etc) before they changed them to sport and upgraded spec such as electric windows etc. 90BHP as has already been said, which is more than the 8v models. 112MPH top speed. i thnk they a better engine (ie making the car better but there is a lot of debate about this and everyone got their own opinion (usually if u got a 16v u say the 16 and if u got a 8 u say the 8! LOL) and u gotta rember with 16v u got 16 of everythin rather than 8 if need new valve seals or whatever so repairs can be more costly! i had no trouble touch wood though! LOL

they had no interior extras as standard i dont think outside they got a spoiler and i thnk the alloys were an inch bigger than standard wheel but dont think they were as standard.but mine got an airbag etc and i seen em with full electrics etc etc

i'm sure they has a sport style spoiler and full electrics, 14" alloys

iv got 1, 1.4 16v sri, full elecys including heated mirrors, manual sunroof, airbag its on N plate

i've a 95 SRi 16V, no leccy windows, no power steerin, leccy mirrors no feck all!!

they were all optional extra's!!

nice sunroof tho!!

as for alloys also an optional extra, genwerally they came wi 14" steelies an plastic trims!! quite gay :-(

Most newer ones will electric but was all options even alloys were optional until the v grill ones came out.

All optional until 1997. An N reg would be 1995
