As above on a corsa b they seem 2 be facing up 2 much but dont want 2 go down anymore! the electric adjustment is just clicking!! help me please

mine quads havnt got electrical adjusters on them, there r just butterfly clips which u tighten to face down but mine r on tightest n still too high.........im gonna take mine to the local mot testing station 2 c what they can do with them
