I would say witnesses doesnt matter as they are all her mates. she has to say its your fault cos otherwise she will be omitting liablilty and her insurance is void!

yes, i ahve recently had an accident and the only witnesses that can be used are independent i.e. police (who in this case you should ahve called and they would have seen she was in the wrong) and on lookers. the only people who can admit liability is the insurance company when they realise they dont have a leg to stand on.

umm funny one that, i think you'll find the insurance company will use solicitors now to battle that one for the company. however if you ahve no witnesses and it her word aginst yours then a 50/50could be on the cards. but omeinsurance companies will cut their losses and just say fuck it 50/50. My missus mum ahd this situation (same insurance companies) amd they fought it out through solicitors so fingers crossed for you!!

i unfortunaley have had mine settled at 50/50 and you can either claim, lose your NCbonus and pay your excess to get your car fixed or pay half for her damage and dont claim, but if her car is a write off your talking ££££. I have no noclaims so i have claimed and paid my £300 excess and my car is gettign fixed also my insurance company will pay half of her dmage anf half of mine and her insurance company will do the same.

ummm thats a tough one. wait to find out what happens. but in the mean time every 2 weeks keep on at either your insurmance comapny or solicitors to get stuff in writing to you. so you can make your decision. also ask their advice remember that what you pay them for and their working for you!
