drivin last nite and i hit a paving slab which some twat had left in the middle of the road. ruined my new UV bumper. wot can i do? can i try and sue the council for negligence? sayin that they should ave a responsibility to keppin the road in a good condition?

i've only had the bumper a week!!!!

just make sure your insured with the bumper on etc
