I finally decided on going to bed at 3am, ready to wake up again at 7am for work......now I'm relaxing here with vodka, and lots of it, happy in the knowledge I don't have to be up until dinner time tomorrow!

i had 4 hours sleep last nite cos my new laydee stayed over for the first time! But i had to go to work today for 8 hours, finished at 10 30, but i had too much red bull to keep me awake during work that im not tired now and i know i should be!

I went to the gym last night, in an attempt to make myself tired enough to go to bed early......it didn't work, I was sat there at 2:30am thinking "yes, wide awake, not good"!
