I selling my car, and I wondered something. I know I need to give him a receipt for the cash, but do i need him to give me a receipt?

What do i need to put in a receipt?

just get him to sign a bit of paper saying bla bla bla has bought this car on such a date for such a price.keeps u in the right.he could drive it away and knock sum1 over kill them and the cars still in ure name.he can just deny him driving the car and ur in deep shit
