photocard driving liscence is only needed as proof of ID, so can use that or a passport
but you will need Log Book & a recent utility bill as proof of address, aswell as one of the above photo-id thingies

car plates sold over the net HAVE to be sold as show plates, hance no paperwork.
There are sold legal, but if there not (never happns, dont think) you have no come back to the company as they ARE soldas show plates otherwise they are breaking the law. i asked gtgraphix

the DVLA have made it so that u either need :
a photocard driving licence and the V5 document for the car
OR
if u haven't got a photocard licence u need 2 take a passport AND a recent bank statement or utility bill
