As title, i was in a carpark paid for 30mins and i was and hour in the post office getting road tax!!

U cud of hung around the carpark and maybe offered sum1 some money for there ticket... Then told council (or whoever fine goes 2), that your ticket had fallen off the window.

if you have never done it before, then you could just pretend you never got the ticket. Even if they have a photo of it on your car, just deny it and say someone must have taken it off.

If you know somone who runs a garrage get them to write you a brief letter or engineers report stating your car had broken down and you was unable to move it. A mate of mine did this and gets off parkin tickets all the time bastid he is

or evne bribe a garrage to write you one cheaper than paying the fine?

even if u say u didnt get it, u stil have to pay. happened to my mate, some1 nicked hte ticket off it, then he got a notice come thru the post asyin he had to pay £80!

i got one a while ago, but i kept the wrapper it came in sayin 'fixed penalty notice'. i saw my mums car in a car park 2day so i just put the wrapper under her wiper & my sis sed that she was shittin herself about paying 60 quid until she opened it n found there was nothing in it & my sis told her that it was me. thort it was really funny
