does anyone know how to remove the standard cd-player, because im wanting to change mine for a KENWOOD KDC-PSW9524. and i dont know how to get the bloody thing out!

4 allen screws covering holes, one at each corner.
take these out and stick in the keys, which u can get at halfords for less than a fiver

like corser said, but if you cant get hold of keys, get 4 big long nails (about 7cm in length and 5mm in diameter) and wack them down the holes (after you've taken out the allen screws), push them as far as they will go. Then grab hold of the tape bit and pull (shake it side to side if it seems abit stiff). If you've got a CD player, then i would suggest you get hold of the keys, because it would be abit of a git to get it out 
Then once you have got the old HU out, take out the cage thats already there and then follow the instructions that came with you new HU
