As long as it doesnt get misused.

If people start makin allegations when they have no proof (ie: in the sendin incident above), it could get messy.

Good idea - but not sure if it will really help things that much

i.e. if a user has a problem with another user then he puts his case forward to the moderaters then they can decide

stops false allegations etc, and also means that the thread doesnt turn into a full slanging match
