I dunno if i'm allowed to post this? Basically I have had a PS2 for a while now and I never play it!

What do I need to buy to enable me to play copied games? Chip etc? Where from?

Thanks in advance!

you can send your ps2 off to them too and they'll fit it and return it to you.

Chipping a PS2... does this mean it plays all standard games/dvds AND copied games/dvds, or only copies?

The Messiah 2 chip is the most reliable chip to date, however the DMS3 is a close competitor with more features than the Messiah 2.

If you want proven reliability, go for the Messiah 2. If you want more features, go for the DMS3.

You can buy prechipped consoles, chips and get your machine chipped at:

and any technical questions can be asked on:

you can get a slide tool thingy and a cd & dvd. Put the disc in, let it load, pull the slide tool (opens up the loading bay thing), swap the disc to the "copied" game, and then push it in.

Saves your warranty on the ps2. All for £30 or so.
