As mentioned in a previous post:
http://www.corsasport.co.uk/board/viewthread.php?tid=110812
ive been having xe20 running problems getting a couple of fault codes.
I have replaced the dizzy but still get a 94 code:
94 - Hall Effect Switch (HES) - High voltage
Anyway... after a couple of test drives it seems as tho every time i turn off the ignition and start the ECU has been reset. When i first pull off it struggles and hesitates quite a bit then after 30 seconds or so it starts to get better and will drive more or less ok. It does this every time i start it
Theres a constand +ve feed to the loom via the big black wire and a switched +ve on tyhe small black wire on the loom. Were unsure if there should be another wire on the loom that requires a constant +ve
Any ideas what the black/red and black/brown wires on the loom and if they should have constant or switched current?
Engine still idles quite high but i think cleaning the ICV will solve this but i aint got round to it yet.
Hope someone can help!!
Cheers
