was doing bout 45 in the 40 max the copper claims it was 65 .. lol and he pulled me even tho cars was over taking me on the dual carageway , i already had 4 points from my motorbike, and they said this was 3 points so i had to hand my licence over but i told them where to go as i need to drive for my job so now its going to court.. but the copper was quite agressive towards me so thats our only foot to stand on really

I had an argument with an off duty policeman. Hes said now that if anything else goes down on record with me he will take my license away. Im sure he cant but its a long story. But 45 is only just over the margin of error that they are supposed to allow you. Good luck mate, sounds like you have another stereotypical traffic cop.

yer he only picked on me cause my car had just been finished and was looking mad, and also i had only been driving 1 week. Now the car is in my garage getting the combat 2 wide kit fitted.

Mine was just because apparantly i cut him up coming off a dual carraige way. Then he followed me flashing his lights and trying to overtake me on the wrong side of the road, he later said he was trying to "show me his badge" i got away from him. I thought he was a pissed off motorist so just went off sharpish, he used me number plate to find out who i was and ring my house. Against the data protection act??

aint it 10% of the speed limit plus 1mph
not 100% sure but our dads always on bout it
so you wud of just ibn in the sped limit

i had to wait 4 months b4 the court thing came through. As for representation just me and my dad, we cant afford to pay $$$$ for someone to say the same as i can. I am shitting myself tbh... i dunno what i would do if i lost my licence. Thanks all for support

You should of get a letter off your boss, saying that if you lose your liscence, you'll lose your job. Worked a treat for me! make sure you lick ass! and say sorry alot!

lo thanks for interst...
we went and they made me stand at the front on my own was there about 30 mins when the police soliciter spoke to the judge saying teh coppa that nicked me couldnt make it so its been put back till the Monday 9th Feb, just been to work (bmw) aswell and spoke to my manager and he has writern me a letter saying if i loose my licence i will loose my job .. so hopefully that will help my case.
