I've got a letter through from my insurance company saying

"A matter has arisen regarding your motor insurance. Please contact us at your nearest conveince to discuss this further"

Then I rang up today, but got told I needed to speak to a 'Specialist Advisor' so would have to ring back on monday.

What could it be? I'm dreading its something to do with mods, as I've just put a full exhaust system on and haven't declared it yet. But what other things require a specialist advisor?

What are they likely to say if it is the mods?
