Can you get polyphonic ringtones without using WAP to download them as my WAP with O2 is up the left and has been for almost a year and they are humpty dumptys and cant fix anything

You can download them from the pc to the phone over irda, bluetooth or usb cable

I was thinking this.
But on my old Monophonic ringtone phone i could get them sent to me via sms, i assume polywhonkic tones are too large for this?
