Nath, the black one your refering to is it in Autotrader just now?
Its supposed to be a dog, it was for sale a few months back for £2500 is something but needed work doing.
The dealer didn't have a V5 for it either so it sounds well dodgy.
I'd steer clear if i were you.
Yeh its the one on autotrader in the link you posted. I like it but its not the one i would go for as i cant do anything right now. Would need to make mine standard (even more standard should i say ) first.
How easy is it to unleash a bit more power from the engine? What BHP are they standard being an 8v and not a 16v like the GTi?

Its just as any other car, Exhaust Manifold(Supersprint/GMC/Milltek) and Exhaust(Peugeot Sport Grp "N" single box decat and lightweight)would be the first mod to do.
If you buy an air filter just get a K&N replacement element unless your gonna get a dastek as an ind kit will give you a flat"spot" between 2-4k rpm.
A wishbone brace will tighten up the front end a bit too.
The S2 106 Rallye supposedly has 103bhp @ 6200rpm(but it feels more like @5800rpm IMO)
Suspension wise i use a GMC -50mm/Bilstein kit, its firm on the road but a bit soft for the track.

I shall bear this in mind
The car will never see a track i doubt. Just several roundabouts
Would a 106 rallye be suitable for a day to day car? I've been told that they arent great for that what with no soundproofing or electrics.
