Ian, I have that gaiter for the gear stick and the one for the handbrake. I wasn't particularly partial to them but the actual knob was destroyed when removed. It was only rubber with a plastic 'chrome' effect top part.

Definitely not worth the money being asked. My own opinion of course.

If you want the gaiters with the bases then contact me.

Its leather with alimunium instert, its not Rubber

Having still got the pieces. it is most definitely rubber with a plastic top part that looks aluminium. As to the material, it might be on the outside shell but there's not much left and it fell apart too easily for it to be leather, in my opinion.
