If your under a parents name, on the insurance, and its fully comp - do you still work up NCB?
I was on my mum's insurance (she insured my car, and I was on her policy) for my first year of driving, now done a year on my own, do I get 2 yrs NCB? or just the 1?

No you must be a policy holder to work up NCB.
