Don't really like standard Corsas and the Pug 106 is shit. Like the Corsa Sport but think the insurance would be a bit high

pug 106 is shit? you drive a Gti or a rallye? You could strip a rallye further fit a load of pug sport bits get GMC to supercharge it and youve got a mental pocket rocket with handling to match.

Mk2 Golf - a flowed head and uprating the (very mild) standard cams will see you with 170bhp easy in a lightweight and strong chassis that handles well as standard
