lowered 60mm on 16's offset 45 but the back left esp rubs quite bad can only have 2 ppl in car n want it sorting out, what do u do just cut the metla up the under the holes and also what can u do to front arches??

maybe you should just try hammering them outwards instead of cutting them. Take the wheel off and use a rubber hammer.I've done my rears like that.It takes time tho...

take of the plastic arch, remove the arch bolts, bond back on the arches that should help

lowered 60mm here & not needed to trim arches, et38 on wheels too
just knock the inner-arch out a bit with a nice mallet in the rear & also the front archs, they can be lipped out a bit
