For some reason my phone keeps turning itself off for no apparant reason, the battery is fine and I am just wondering if this is a common fault or whether I have programmed something into the phone to do this without realising, I have emailed technical support but still to no evail if they dont ring by tomorrow I will ring them up, maybe someone can help me out by then thanks a lot, Regards Paul...

mine has never done this,
only problem with mine is the ir-modem dosnt work properly, vodafone will exchange it free of charge tho.
