unless u have 100 years to wait for a setlement cheque!

i wrote my car off nearly 3 weeks ago and it took about 4 days to declair it a write off, in all there guides and paper work it says we will issue a cheque witihin 24 hours , 2 weeks later they are still saying it is going tho the system and might not be here to next week.

Anyone else have had problems with them cause i am going to make a complaint.

they are useless (but CHEAP!! ) well for me anyway.. But they are positive that there is no such thing as a 1.4 16 valve corsa hhmmmm

im with them.

they are cheap because they seem to run on as little staff as they can get away with. My local office has about 3 girls rushed off thier feet all day due to a continual queue.

i will be avioding them if i can afford to this year!

yer i am going with liverpool victoria cause i am with the T&G union i get 10% off plus first year i get 2 years no claims with them

i was with CIS
had accident on the 7th, assesed on the 9th
car taken away on the 14th
cheque in post on 29th jan!

that was after lots of arguing and cancelling 2 other cars in the family with them as we were so pised of!
They took £300 of my pay out as i took the door handles out and also the ps2 and screen!

i want to start a new policy in my own name, i will be 19, 0ncb with a 1.2 corsa sxi, i made 1 claim on my mums policy which is cheapest
