growing pains , its either that or there aching but feels like growing pains, keep having to get up and walk . woke up with it last night.

any1 know how ya can take away this annoying feeling

i had growing pains in my heels when i was younger, everytime i knocked them or sum1 banged them accidently i would scream out in pain, had to go to hospital n have phisio (sp) on them all gone now though

and are you sure its growing pains and not cramp? coz i wake up with cramp in the back of my leg sometimes n the only way to get rid of it is to stand up n put weight on it
