I was talking with my mate last night and we both still live at home. His parents are moving like 25 miles away, so he is moving out in the summer.

His parents own two 2 bedroom flats. They have said that we can rent it for just £200 a month (£100 each)! Even better is that my other two mates may get the flat below or above us!!

Looking forward to it!! We are gonna get so drunk and hopefully bring back lots of ladies!
